She's not okay.

“There are far too many silent sufferers. Not because they don't yearn to reach out, but because they've tried and found no one who cares.” - Richelle E. Goodrich

It's both easy and difficult to pretend that everything is okay when in fact it's not.

She felt alone, incapable, and wondered if things will stay forever the same. She wanted to escape and run away, but all she does is stay in bed, thinking, tossing, turning, unable to fall asleep.

The mentality was toxic, and it confused her so much that she started losing control of what it makes herself feels of and thinks of. She started to compare her behind the scenes to other people's in front the screen.

She was vulnerable to every single negative thought she had.

Her cry for help were stopped from leaving her lips because it was almost impossible for her to stay sane after listening to how lonely the cries were. She thought : "Are there people who genuinely care about how I really feel?"

"Are you okay?" I asked.
She proceeded to wipe her tears and replied me with a smile: "Don't worry. I am not okay".

“I played back every empty sigh, every night I slept alone, and saw what I never wanted to see before - a lost girl crying out to me for help. I just noticed too late.” - Ashley D. Wallis
